A family in need on Ebay!

Today I was watching the news while drinking my coffee and I was surprised to hear about a family that is suffering so much financially that they are putting all their possessions on Ebay. That's right...everything except for their house and their kids.

Their oldest daughter was diagnosed with a disease called Still's Disease which is a life long battle with arthritis and illness. And their youngest son was diagnosed with Autism. The mom stays at home with the kids and also does at home schooling for her oldest. Her husband works as a Tennis Instructor and has had to be off work a lot lately because of their oldest being in the hospital.

They have $20,000 in medical bills and cannot afford to pay them so they decided to auction off everything they didn't need so that they could pay them. They even through in their car!!! After people found this and read their story they have been donating money instead of bidding on the auction. Nobody wants to take their washer and dryer, car, kids' beds, and so forth from a family that is just trying to make it through a difficult time.

My heart goes out to this family. I also have children with somewhat special needs and have high medical bills that I cannot afford to pay but I don't have nearly $20,000!!! That's insane!
