Indian Giver

The more and more I read news stories online I think I should start a new topic with a separate button for stories called, 'Who does this crap?'. Today I was reading some news and saw a topic that read, "Man who donated kidney to wife wants it back in divorce". REALLY? C'mon...is he serious?
He married his wife in 1990 and at some point she needed a kidney transplant so the husband/doctor gave her one of his. Supposedly she cheated on him at one point or another and now they are getting divorced. He doesn't want any part of the home they shared and makes no mention about wanting any custody of any of their 3 children. But he makes it very clear that he wants his kidney back. He says that his kidney is worth TONS of money and wants that money.
Well maybe since he is so concerned with the kidney he can sue for joint custody since it is obvious that he has such a bond with it. Maybe he should have had her sign a document that said, "I, _____, promise to return my husband's kidney in the event of a divorce, adultery or when he just decides to be an Indian giver..." Give me a friggin break man, err..doctor!
What do you think about this nonsense?
