Our funny, made up songs

When my son was born he was such a good baby and would always fall asleep with just a little rocking and a lullaby. So after I got sick of the same old lullabies I made up my own...well his own I guess you would say. We still sing it to this day and he loves it! We probably sang it 20 times just today! It goes along with the Oscar Meyer Bologna song, so sing that in your head before you read this so you know what it sounds like. Ok so here I go...

My baby has a first name, it's A-Y-D-A-N.

My baby has a second name, it's R-A-M-O-N.

Oh I love to hug him every day...

And if you ask me why I'll say....

(no artificial hugs or kisses)

'Cause Aydan has a special way with L-O-V-E-I-N me!

Or sometimes I switch up the last part with....

'Cause Aydan has a special way with mommy's H-E-A-R-T!

This song always makes him giggle! And he has a contagious giggle so I love to sing it to him. He always has a way with making me feel better when I'm having a bad day. Man...I really love that kid!

Our other song we sing when he takes a bath is one that I'm sure you all know. The Rubber Ducky song. But I like to sing it a little differently. Here it goes...
