Our Halloween photos!

Here are some of our Halloween photos. We were all Wizard of Ahhs...oops, I mean Oz characters! lol The kids had a blast! My oldest was the wicked witch, my son was the scarecrow, my youngest was Glenda the good witch and I was Dorothy. My DH was *supposed* to be the Tin Man but 'wasn't able to find his outfit'! Yeah right, hon! I believe that one! lol


My kids have a new tradition that we started this year. My oldest *always* wants to hand out candy but she also wants to go trick or treating, so obviously she can't do both. So this year I decided that the kids could each make two special treats for the four first lucky kids to ring the bell. We got some plastic Halloween cups from Wal-Mart, some little Halloween straws, some vampire teeth and they made some lolly pop ghosts. They stuffed each cup with the goodies and then the kids got to give the first four visitors the special treats. They loved it!


So it was a good year! The kids were worn out half way through trick or treating and to be honest so was I! When did I become so old that walking around from house to house could be so tiring? Sigh...
